All our UK parcels are shipped out with Interlink Express, please go to  www.interlinkexpress.com to track your order.

Orders to Northen Ireland, Southern Ireland and Europe will be send with DHL or Royal Mail, please go to www.dhl.com, www.royalmail.com to track your order.

Please note our next day delivery is next working day, we do not ship on Saturdays unless you have selected Saturday delivery and we do not ship on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

You will not be refunded for delivery costs should you wish to return your item(s).

Northern Ireland: 2 Day Delivery Service - £11.25

Southern Ireland: 2 Day Delivery Service - £22

Channel Islands: 2 Day Delivery Service - £25

Isle of Man: 2 Day Delivery Service -  £11.95

If you require any special delivery arrangements we do offer premium delivery services these can be booked over the phone. These include pre 9.30am & pre 12 Noon. Cost varies depending on location.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Orders must be received before 3pm for next working day delivery. Occasionally this can take up to 2 working days dependent on your location. Excluding Northern and Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer. If your order has been dispatched and it hasn’t arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays. Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 4 working days.

Please note our shipper delivers between 7.30am – 18.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest Interlink/DHL depot to arrange re-delivery.

We do not authorise the delivery of goods to a neighbour/friends house or for the goods to be left in a safe place.

The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card, If you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.
