Returns Policy
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Please note that we do not accept returns of used items unless they are specified as faulty. It is your responsibility to understand the product and ensure it is suitable for your needs before making a purchase. Our expert sales team is available to assist you in selecting the right product for your intended purpose.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team. You will be provided with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Refund Processing Time
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive your returned item. The processing time may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.
Missing Items
Upon receiving your order, please thoroughly check the contents. If any items are missing, you must report this to us within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photos. Failure to do so may result in the assumed missing product or accessory not being provided.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. We ask that you call our customer support team ASAP, as cancellations might not be picked up in time over email to ensure that your order is not sent out by our team. If the order is cancelled after dispatch, it will be treated as a return of an unwanted item,
Processing Returned Items
Once the faulty equipment has been tested, we will, at our discretion, repair or replace it with the same or a product of equivalent specifications. Alternatively, we may provide a full or partial refund for the value of the product.
If the product is returned in an unsatisfactory condition, a handling charge of 20% may be applied, and it may invalidate the warranty terms. Any item returned to us without any defect will be subject to an inspection and a handling charge of £20 before being returned to the customer.
Delivery Costs
The buyer is responsible for the return postage in all scenarios. Any delivery costs paid by the buyer for returns will not be reimbursed.
Packaging and Transit
For warranty claims, all returned items must be carefully packed to prevent damage during transit. Please include all original leads, connectors, manuals, and accessories. If possible, use the original packaging. Items received damaged in transit or in an unsatisfactory condition will not be covered under warranty. Please note that Global Techno Security will not be held liable for any loss or damage incurred during transit. All returned products must be accompanied by the returns reference number.
