Delivery
Delivery:
- Orders placed before 2 pm will be processed on the same day to be sent out on either our standard service (1-3 Working Days) or premium service (1-2 working days).
- Orders over £250 are eligible for Free Standard Delivery, orders below £250 are charged.
- Premium Next Day Delivery services are charged at £13, please note that this is an attempted next working day delivery and cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
- Deliveries will be made Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays.
- A one hour delivery window.
- UK excluding the Highlands and Northern Ireland.
Click and Collect:
- All stock orders can be collected from our store.
- Collection can be made Monday to Saturday.
We strive to meet all delivery service expectations. However, please note that the delivery speeds and times provided, including AM or Next Day services, are estimates and not guaranteed. Many factors beyond our control can affect delivery times. Global Security is not responsible for deliveries that arrive late or do not meet the expected timeframes.
If there is an issue or problem after delivery, we may, at our discretion, assist and liaise with the customer and the courier to help resolve the matter. However, it is the customer's responsibility to raise the issue with the courier and seek resolution.
Global Security assumes no responsibility for damages incurred during transport or delays beyond our control.
Global Security is not liable for any damage to the shipment after it has been delivered.
Global Security is not responsible for items missing or stolen from customer premises after delivery.
